Terms & Conditions for Unlimited Delivery

CT Unlimited Delivery gives you 12 months unlimited use of our Standard Delivery services for £12.50 when you place an order online or by phone. Standard delivery includes delivery to home or MyHermes ParcelShop. Enhanced delivery services such as Next Day, Nominated Day or Sunday Delivery are not included in the service and you will need to pay the full delivery charge for these services. The charges will be clearly detailed on the product pages and in your shopping basket prior to placing your order.

CT Unlimited Delivery is available: to UK customers with registered Cotton Traders accounts; and for delivery to UK addresses. CT Unlimited Delivery is only available for purchases online when logged-in to your CT account. It cannot be applied to any orders placed through Guest Checkout. However, once you’ve subscribed, you can use it when shopping online or over the phone. If signing up to Unlimited Delivery via our contact centre, your online account will be updated automatically within 7 days, if it has been set up with the same email address. If you do not have an online account you will need to set one up. Your first online order may have the delivery charged as standard. Customers will need to call our contact centre and a refund for delivery will be issued.

Your purchase of a CT Unlimited Delivery subscription is subject to acceptance by us. By purchasing CT Unlimited Delivery you understand and accept that the benefits will be available from the date of purchase. You may cancel your CT Unlimited Delivery subscription at any time within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us on 0161 286 4321. If you have (or anyone authorised by you to use your account has) placed any orders during this 14 day period and incurred any delivery charges, the amount of your refund will be reduced or you may not receive any refund at all. All orders placed are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. Delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions for Standard Delivery. We reserve the right to amend these ‘CT Unlimited Delivery’ terms and conditions at our discretion and we will inform you of any significant changes.
