For our latest photoshoot we asked Will to bring his mum to work, and it was pure sunshine! Shirley spilled the beans (Will, we had to cover his ears…) while we got them all styled up for this special Mother’s Day shoot. Here, I talk through their outfits and the fun we had.

Stylist

Styling Shirley was a breeze! Just like Will, she was happy to embrace the unexpected, and her usual uniform of jeans and leggings was left at the studio door. I chose this vibrant floral midi dress because it shows off her waist and great legs, and it's perfect for a family get-together. Using the floral print as a colour palette, we styled Will in a lilac linen shirt and khaki chinos. We think the pair make the prettiest of pictures!

Colour lifts your look, gives you a mood-enhancing boost, and invites untold compliments! Shirley ditched her usual neutrals and embraced the prettiest of palettes. A more fluid V-neck T-shirt was super flattering when styled with a floral maxi skirt and indigo denim jacket. Will loved the look so much, he surprised his mum with a gorgeous bouquet for Mother's Day.
