Autumn ’22 is all about joy. Look for bold colours, bright and carefree prints, sparkly and shiny fabrics, and unexpected details like bows and frills; all things to make you smile!
Combine that with a generous sprinkling of nostalgia (which comes in all different forms, depending on your age!) and you’re on the right track. I’m loving the styling from the ’70 – think cords, flared jeans and tank tops; the shirts and blouses and patchwork knits from the '80s; and bright colours like fuchsia that take me right back to the ’90s!
The detachable sherpa collar and darker indigo wash make this denim jacket so special. Suddenly it looks less casual and more winter Fashion with a capital ’F‘. Once again, it’s reminiscent of '70s styling and will bring the rest of your wardrobe bang up to date in an instant.
When we first saw dungarees come back into style, it was only a matter of time before we welcomed pinafore dresses back into our wardrobes too! Not only is it easy to wear but it presents a whole host of styling opportunities by being a perfect layering piece. Try a simple striped tee underneath or soft, feather-weight knitwear when the air starts to cool.

Our love affair with romantic details continues. Think frills, puff sleeves, and delicate fabrics like lace and broderie anglaise. This blouse will be such a pretty addition to your wardrobe. Try to use that high/low styling trick and team it with something tougher like tailored trousers, an autumn jacket or denim.
Calling all frill seekers. If you only invest in one thing this season, make it this frill-collared denim blouse. You’ll love it worn solo or layered under a knit for a perfect autumn outfit. Wear it tucked into a cord A-line skirt or under our dungaree dress.

It’s time to get dressed up again! The autumn catwalks have been filled with clothes for special occasions. I’ll be wearing this dress and its bright, blousy poppy print with heels, pushed-up sleeves and freshly waved hair for the new season.
One colour dominated the AW22 catwalks… fuchsia! This sugar-sweet shade will take your breath away (in the best way!). Pack a punch by layering the jacket over a striped top in the same colour, then balance it out with denim jeans. If you prefer to play it safe, style the jacket with a simple white tee or throw it over the shoulders of a pretty floral maxi dress.
